Our Rye Pasta has a deep rich flavour that is reminiscents of pumpernickel bread. It is also an excellent source of soluble fiber which provides a sensation of fullness sooner and stabilizes blood sugar levels. This pasta is particularly good with mild flavored ingredients or as a side dish served with salmon.

Our Alternative Grains line is made with locally sourced, stone milled organic grains and our farm-fresh free–run eggs. This line is flavor-rich, high in protein and fiber. Eat well be well!
